MWh.Sun is a joint special purpose vehicle (SPV) established for the ownership and operation of a photovoltaic asset portfolio in the Ljubas area, Municipality of Kavadarci, North Macedonia. It holds four solar power plants with a combined installed capacity of 5.4 MW.

MWh.Sun owns four solar power plants: PV Ljubas 1 (2,100 kW), PV Ljubas 3 (900 kW), PV Ljubas 4 (1,200 kW), and PV Ljubas 5 (1,200 kW), totaling 5.4 MW of installed capacity with dedicated transformer infrastructure for each plant.

The portfolio features 18 Huawei SUN2000-330KTL-H1 inverters and 9,060 Risen HJT photovoltaic modules (690 Wp and 720 Wp). Three plants use fixed east-west mounting structures, while PV Ljubas 5 employs a one-axis tracking system for enhanced solar capture.
